At The Perfect Tease, we make fashion with intention—not for impulse returns. Every item is made-to-order just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of heart. Slow style > fast fashion, always.
Still, we know life (and orders) aren’t always perfect. Here’s how we handle the rare mishap!

If your order arrives with a defect or production issue, we’ll fix it—fast. Just send us a message within 15 days of receiving it, include a few pics, and we’ll get you sorted with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
📐 First-Time Fit Grace
Unsure about sizing? First-time shopper nerves are real—we’ve got your back. We’ll offer a one-time size exchange (or store credit) for up to 2 items, completely free. And no need to return the original—you keep it, cutie.
❗️Bracketing = Buzzkill
Buying the same style in multiple sizes just to return the extras? That’s called bracketing—and it’s not covered by our fit fix policy. We want to reduce waste, not add to it. Thanks for being mindful.
